His career has always been characterized by M&A-related tasks: whether as a young Arthur Andersen consultant (including financial due diligence), corporate tasks in mechanical/plant engineering (including post-merger integration) and technology start-ups on the Neuer Markt (including IPO), his own entrepreneurial activities in the areas of software and sponsoring (including VC fundraising) or as a CFO in the real estate industry (including corporate finance, distressed M&A) - M&A topics were always on the agenda. Since 2012, he has finally switched to the consulting side, combining high professional competence with seniority as well as an eye for the essential and feasible for more than two decades.
