We are looking for reinforcement for our Frankfurt office: Associate (m/f/d) in M&A/Corporate Finance

Tasks

Responsible for M&A, capital raising and strategy projects as well as supporting the partners in deal origination.

  • Independent preparation of transaction-relevant marketing documents (teaser, information memorandum, etc.)
  • Carrying out company valuations according to standard valuation methods and preparing business plans (financial modeling)
  • Carrying out detailed market and sector analyses and researching potential investors and targets
  • Actively supporting the entire M&A process from the initial approach to contract negotiations and closing
  • Implementation of acquisition activities
  • Supporting internal strategy development and the establishment of additional business areas
  • Further development of internal workflows and processes
  • Providing technical support for analysts and interns

Qualifications

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable Master’s degree program, have at least two years of professional experience and relevant experience in the relevant M&A areas and have the skills listed below:

  • Above-average degree of independence, sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a high affinity for numbers
  • High resilience, integrity and confident demeanor
  • Excellent handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Team player
  • Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
