(today Zumera), an M&amp;A advisory firm focused on small &amp; medium-sized companies, Dr. Behrens was responsible for leading the firm\u2019s strategic development and managing the implementation of digital infrastructure and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"text-blue-600 has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4\">Banking Consult Executive Search (family business); responsible for customer acquisition and the development of digital services.
