Mr. Schaff was responsible for the project execution and supported clients from the industrials, business services, healthcare and ICT sectors with regards to succession planning, M&amp;A projects and indicative company valuations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"text-blue-600 has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2b2584136926e69a5d6dad12b2b30e1a\">Within the Volkswagen Group China, he held a management position in charge of the Beijing-based group&#8217;s Asian investment activities, focusing on investments in autonomous driving technology, raw materials and venture capital.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"text-blue-600 has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2b7f33f413beb02fa923a5e1c7bbf696\">Mr. Schaff\u2019s investment banking\/M&amp;A experience has been gained while working at the German private bank Bankhaus Lampe (focusing on family-run medium-sized companies), investment bank Nomura (focusing on financial investors and industrial multinationals) and the Big 4 firm Ernst &amp; Young (focusing on the German SME market).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-blue-600 has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2bda37fff060ee656afcf8b7469c3721 wp-block-paragraph\">As an expert in M&amp;A, corporate succession planning and financing in the DACH region as well as on a global scale, Robert Schaff has advised and successfully completed numerous transactions. He has in-depth experience with financial investors, family offices and industrial companies.
