Prometheus Asset Management GmbH, a boutique specialising in rule-based, systematic investment concepts, he was responsible for corporate development and strategic partnerships. The funds received numerous awards from prestigious agencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-founder of a co-working provider and startup accelerator in cooperation with the HAWK University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hildesheim\/Holzminden\/G\u00f6ttingen (Chair of Entrepreneurship and Family Business).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Head of Global Business Development at a manufacturer of innovative soil additives for the agricultural industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jasmin Nezirevic is an internationally recognised finance and transaction expert with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. With over 30 years of experience in capital markets, he has advised on a wide range of transactions across the entire cycle, from early-stage financing, Series A, management buy-outs and exits to strategic investors on a global scale. In the last five years he has been involved in over 40 transactions. His focus sectors include consumer brands, e-commerce, cleantech and debt advisory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jasmin Nezirevic is a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant, Financial Economist bbw, Hedge Fund Advisor (EBS \/ BAI), and Master Consultant in Finance (MFC).
