With over 20 years of experience in M&A, corporate strategy, and corporate development, he has successfully structured and executed more than 40 transactions.
His industry focus is on technology-driven markets, particularly (i) Information & Communication Technology, (ii) Distribution, E-Commerce & Consumer Goods, and (iii) Business Services.
As an experienced dealmaker, he understands the perspectives of both buyers and sellers and develops solutions with a clear focus on value creation, negotiation outcomes, and the interests of the people involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before joining Steinbeis M&A, he held senior positions at international industrial companies and a global M&A consulting firm, and also worked as an entrepreneur and consultant. Thanks to this experience, he combines strategic foresight with operational insight and advises his clients in a practical, entrepreneurial manner and on an equal footing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
