Steimel is a partner at Steinbeis M&amp;A Partners GmbH with entrepreneurial experience in medium-sized companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His career has always been characterized by M&amp;A-related tasks: whether as a young Arthur Andersen consultant (including financial due diligence), corporate tasks in mechanical\/plant engineering (including post-merger integration) and technology start-ups on the Neuer Markt (including IPO), his own entrepreneurial activities in the areas of software and sponsoring (including VC fundraising) or as a CFO in the real estate industry (including corporate finance, distressed M&amp;A) &#8211; M&amp;A topics were always on the agenda.
