AIRTECH TGA GmbH & Co. KG is acquired by the air-conditioning technology specialist Zimmer & H\u00e4lbig GmbH. VR Equitypartner (VREP) is supporting the growth of its portfolio company with this transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Steinbeis M&A, led by Ulrich Pra\u00dfler, prepared the process on behalf of the seller and accompanied it to the end.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Airtech is an experienced service specialist in the field of reliable maintenance and servicing of modern ventilation systems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Airtech’s specialists serve customers from the public sector, medical technology, healthcare, industry, and food technology. The high level of expertise in the cleaning of particularly polluted ventilation systems such as systems in commercial kitchens with grease residues or police firing ranges with high levels of propellant powder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Airtech was founded in Neuhausen ob Eck in 1993 and expanded and modernised at its new site in Tuttlingen in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
