Schmitt and Georg R. Steimel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the acquisition, salestech group is expanding its range of services to include training concepts, content and media creation, live streams, online and classroom training as well as the implementation of individual digital and physical learning solutions. With smicro GmbH, salestech group also acquires the \u201csmicro suite\u201d, a digital learning platform based on proprietary software that has won multiple awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"121\" src=\"https:\/\/steinbeis-finance.de\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/10\/salestech-300x121-2.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2611\" style=\"width:220px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>salestech group CEO Alexander Maresch comments: \u201cThe acquisition is an important milestone for our group.
