With over 30 years of experience in capital markets, he has advised on a wide range of transactions across the entire cycle, from early-stage financing, Series A, management buy-outs and exits to strategic investors on a global scale. In the last five years he has been involved in over 40 transactions. His focus sectors include consumer brands, e-commerce, cleantech and debt advisory.
