The management consultancy MV GmbH (Frankfurt) has sold 100% of its shares in the companies Marketing Manufaktur, 101 Consulting and smicro (all Mainz) to the salestech group (Frankfurt).
The transaction was led on the seller side by Steinbeis M&A through Martin G. Schmitt and Georg R. Steimel.
The Lütze Group (Weinstadt, Germany; Charlotte, USA) has sold 100% of its shares in the company to Amphenol Technologies Holding (Wallingford, USA).
