VR Equitypartner and Messrs Michael and Holger Eckert have sold their shares in Kälte Eckert GmbH to Triton Mittelstandsfonds II, which was advised by the international investment company Triton.
Steinbeis M&A, represented by Ulrich Praßler (Partner), accompanied the transaction and advised the sellers.
VR Equitypartner, one of the leading equity financiers for SMEs in the DACH region, supports medium-sized family businesses with growth issues, expansion financing, company successions and shareholder changes through majority/minority investments and mezzanine capital. VREP only invests funds from DZ BANK AG and is therefore independent of the requirements of fund-linked refinancing.
