Ulrich Praßler has headed the Stuttgart office of Steinbeis M&A as a partner since February 2020.

Ulrich Praßler joined Steinbeis M&A’s Stuttgart office as a partner in February 2020. Before
he was a founder and partner of an M&A consulting firm with a focus on medium-sized
medium-sized transactions and also worked as an auditor in the transaction business for big-four
in the transaction business.

As an expert in M&A, Ulrich Praßler has initiated numerous transactions in corporate succession, distressed
