Martin G. Schmitt

Martin G. Schmitt is Managing Partner at Steinbeis M&A Partners GmbH since 2017. He is responsible for corporate development and deal sourcing. He has more than 15 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development. In addition to growth topics, Mr. Schmitt is in charge of selected projects with a focus on ICT (High Tech), Distribution, Business Services and Logistic & Transportation, in which he has successfully managed or closed more than 30 transactions.

In addition to various positions in well-known industrial companies, Mr. Schmitt was "Project Manager" in a globally operating international investment company as well as "Assistant to the President" at Volvo C&E in Shanghai (China).

He holds a degree in Business Administration and studied CMI (Controlling, Management and Information) at the University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen and Civil Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt.
