SHERPA Robotics GmbH, an innovative provider of standardized robot cells and camera-guided industrial automation for small and medium-sized enterprises, has gained a new strategic growth partner in the MAFU Group.
As part of a transaction that includes both a capital increase and MAFU’s entry as majority shareholder, SHERPA’s international growth will be deliberately accelerated. Under the new name MAFU-SHERPA CNC Automation GmbH, an international specialist for automation solutions is emerging, offering a comprehensive portfolio ranging from standardized robot cells to individually developed loading and unloading systems for machinery. This creates attractive growth opportunities, particularly in the North American and Eastern European markets.
