What moves the food market: M&A transactions in 2021 and outlook for 2022

For some years now, the food industry (food market) has been undergoing a significant reorientation with regard to health and ecological products as well as more efficient and technologically networked production and distribution methods. With the following article we want to give a selective insight into the transaction activity of the past year in the D-A-CH region.
