Steinbeis Consulting Mergers & Acquisitions GmbH initiated and accompanied the merger of Horizon bewusst leben & denken GmbH in Stuttgart with Neue Weltsicht Visiongate TV GmbH in Schramberg. Both companies now operate under the name Allversum GmbH.

Horizon bewusst leben & denken GmbH brings maona.TV – Your TV channel with meaning into the merger: maona.TV is the German-language platform for films, lectures and exercises from the fields of science, spirituality and consciousness. In addition, Horizonworld, the online magazine with impulses for conscious living from science, research and spirituality. In addition to the 7,000 members of maona.TV, over 90,000 readers of Horizonworld and over 500,000 social media contacts are the people who are interested in the topics of maona.TV and Horizonworld. maona.TV now offers its members over 1,000 film contributions, many of them exclusive.
Neue Weltsicht Visiongate TV GmbH produces films, series and online courses in the fields of science, spirituality, consciousness, health, nutrition and more. The courses are offered on Heilung.com, an online course platform by people who want a real change in consciousness. Through the New Worldview Film Publishing Company, over 600 films, online congresses and seminars are also brought into the fusion.
