Personnel: Bekim Asani (Partner) joins the Steinbeis Office in Hamburg in October 2021

Bekim Asani joins Steinbeis M&A Steinbeis M&A is growing at its Hamburg office and strengthening its corporate finance expertise.

Bekim Asani joined Steinbeis M&A’s Hamburg office as a partner in October 2021. Before joining Steinbeis M&A, he was Head of Structured Corporate Finance and Corporate Finance Coordinator at Hamburger Sparkasse AG. In addition, Bekim Asani was senior advisor to a mid-market focused M&A and debt advisory boutique in Northern Germany.

As an expert in M&A, Bekim Asani has provided comprehensive support and successfully implemented numerous corporate successions, company takeovers, takeover and growth financing in the owner-managed SME sector. At Steinbeis M&A, he brings more than 20 years of M&A, corporate finance and transaction experience as well as a strong local network.

At Steinbeis M&A, Bekim Asani, together with currently 13 other partners, will provide comprehensive advice to medium-sized clients, investors and responsible parties on M&A projects and buy and build strategies. His focus is on the logistics, packaging, healthcare and IT sectors. Bekim Asani also brings his banking experience in the areas of corporate, acquisition and growth financing.
