Comfica SA was founded in Madrid in 1991 and is a leading Spanish telecommunications infrastructure service provider with several branches in South America. The owner-managed, profitable group of companies (approx. € 200 million turnover and approx. 2,500 employees) is pursuing European expansion in the telecommunications sector and has a well-diversified customer portfolio with Telefonica as a major customer.

Plümer Systemtechnik was founded in 1991 in Dresden and is one of the leading companies in German broadband expansion with a focus on telecommunications construction, civil engineering and cable line construction. The owner-managed, profitable company is part of the Söhnel group of companies (approx. € 30 million turnover, 8 locations, approx. 300 employees) and supports leading telecommunications providers and municipal utilities in the construction of state-of-the-art fibre optic networks (FTTx) in the telecommunications sector.
