Vision Real Estate GmbH, Mannheim was provided with growth capital to strengthen its equity for three different projects
To finance three real estate projects, Vision Real Estate GmbH was provided with growth capital by a family office from Visbek and a private investor from Berlin to strengthen its equity. Steinbeis M&A advised Vision Real Estate GmbH on the raising of the growth capital. The parties agreed not to disclose the volume and terms of the transaction. Steinbeis M&A, lead represented by Michael Pels Leusden, Partner from Mannheim and Berlin, led the advisory process.
