To finance three real estate projects, Vision Real Estate GmbH was provided with growth capital by a family office from Mainz and a private investor from Kelkheim to strengthen its equity capital. Steinbeis M&A advised Vision Real Estate GmbH on the raising of the growth capital. The parties have agreed not to disclose the volume and terms of the transaction.
