The ERIKS Group in Germany, headquartered in Halle (Westf.), will retroactively take over GEMOTEG GmbH & Co. KG.
VR Equitypartner (Frankfurt am Main) and Michael and Holger Eckert have sold shares in Kälte Eckert GmbH (Markgröningen) to Triton (Frankfurt am Main).
Mr. Eckert took back shares in the course of the transaction. We advised the sellers in this transaction.
